Finding and Forming Promising Young Leaders

Workshop Title

Many organizations, including churches, know they need to bring younger leaders on board to remain relevant and viable for the future. Yet they do not know where to find talented young people or their training process is not relevant for today’s culture. For over a decade, UPTICK used its process to identify (“find”) young leaders who have great potential and equip (“form”) them for maximum influence and impact where they serve. If you want to learn how to “find” and “form” the next generation of leaders, then this workshop will provide practical tools and information for you to begin this important journey.

From this workshop you will learn practical tips and tools to:

  1. Identify young leaders who have great potential, and
  2. equip these young leaders for great influence and impact.
